Traditional Recipe for Stuffed Chicken

Start with stuffing mix...

Cut the chicken liver into small pieces and set aside. Chop onion and garlic into small pieces and brown in oliveoil. Add chicken liver, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, allspice, pine nuts,and 1 cup rice. Stir and add 2 cups of water and a little wine for taste. Simmer for a few minutes and close heat and cover.

Prepare the chicken, clean well and sprinkle with salt, pepper and oregano. Fill the chicken and bake in the oven at 200 C for 2 1/2-3 hours. Bon Apetite!
